Room rates are $65.00 + tax per night 1-2 guests.
Extra guests $10.00 + tax per person per night-Children under 12 free

All rooms are non smoking.
$250.00 fine if there is any sign of smoke in room.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee

Cancellations may be made 5 days prior to first night of stay without incurring charge. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance will be charged the first night for all rooms reservation less any convenience fees. If reservation is not canceled and/or guest does not show, rates for entire stay will be charged. There are no refunds for early departures.
